Booking
Choose Avalon Airport (AVV) from the address suggestions. Add your flight number and terminal details if you have them.
Avalon is further from central Melbourne than Melbourne Airport, so leave generous time for departures.
Meeting your chauffeur
Your meeting instructions are confirmed with your booking. If a specific meeting point isn’t stated, call us and we’ll arrange it with you.
Waiting time
Waiting time is counted from the agreed pickup time (not the flight landing time).
Airport pickups: the first 20 minutes are complimentary, then $30 per hour, covering parking and driver time.
Waiting can’t be known in advance, so it isn’t included in your booking total. Any waiting charge is confirmed with you by our team afterwards and never includes the complimentary period.
Flight changes
We don’t track flights automatically. If your flight time changes, please call us.
Price
Your fare is worked out from the driving route. Pickups from the airport include a $20 airport pickup charge, shown before you confirm.
